The role focuses on elevating customer experience through technology, data-driven sales leadership, and regulatory compliance, with preference for CDK DMS experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a sales and F&I team across multiple locations.
• Ability to drive digitization of the car-buying journey and technology adoption.
• Familiarity with lender programs, finance products, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting, trends, and store finances.
• Negotiation skills and risk management aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales and F&I team across locations.
• Drive digital initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical practices in all transactions.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and monitor store finances for profitability.
