Job summary

Massage Envy Fremont is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and book services to support a growing wellness program. You will respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling, and help build a loyal client base both in person and via outreach.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interaction, knowledge of massage and skincare services, and a flexible schedule to fit daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services and booking appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
