Massage Envy Redwood City is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and schedule services with a friendly, personal touch. The role supports growth of the client base and requires positive guest relations and knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible hours, including day, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services and suggest homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions

Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
