Job summary

Massage Envy Cherry Creek is seeking a guest-focused teammate to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced wellness setting. You will educate clients on Total Body Care, book appointments, and build lasting relationships with guests.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$21.00), bonuses and commissions, employer-paid health plans for full-time staff, paid time off, and product training to support your growth in a caring team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program; book services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
