Job summary

CBRE Sales Analyst role partners with the sales team to support business objectives and the operating model. You will help design and maintain market insights, dashboards, and reports to guide client engagements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and up to three years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a disciplined approach to data analysis. This full-time role is based in New Jersey and offers compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze information and make judgments.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the market database of all clients; create target lists and track progress for leadership updates.
• Ensure business plans, tracking reports, strategies, evaluations and dashboards are accurate and timely.
• Prepare materials and participate in market meetings and broker debriefs to support sales.
• Collaborate with Research and Marketing to generate reports and materials.
• Serve as the local software expert; assist brokers, support staff, and management with tools.
• Learn and drive adoption of other broker technology tools and systems.
