Adecco is seeking a Sales Analyst in the United States to support Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Finance teams. The role focuses on delivering actionable category and sales insights to drive profitable growth and informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate has experience in the consumer packaged goods sector, especially health, beauty, or personal care, with strong analytical, communication, and data-integration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably health, beauty or personal care.
• Strong analytical and data integration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain reporting tools using Microsoft Access and Excel to track KPIs.
• Analyze customer-specific retail data to support field sales and category management.
• Perform analyses across pricing, promotions, assortment, distribution and merchandising.
