Job summary

On-Board Services is seeking a Sales Analyst for a remote role. You will create and maintain KPI reports using Excel and Access, and analyze customer retail data to support field sales and category management.

The position focuses on analyzing retail development opportunities, providing ad-hoc reporting, and delivering insights to management, sales, marketing, and finance. Collaboration across functions is essential in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• 1–2 years of analytical experience preferred.
• Experience within the Health & Beauty Care (HBC) industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in data integration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player within a matrixed environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a relatively unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain applications in Microsoft Access and Excel to report KPIs across all levels of the organization.
• Analyze customer‑specific retail data to support field sales and category management initiatives.
• Perform analysis on retail business development opportunities, including pricing, promotions, product assortment, distribution, and merchandising.
• Provide historical sales information from current systems to Direct Sales and other stakeholders.
• Develop and provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis for Management, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance.
• Support Sales colleagues by providing data and insights for informative and dynamic sales presentations.
• Provide sales information to Upper Management for sales meetings, conferences, customer appointments, and other business needs.
• Learn and implement new concepts and strategies related to information delivery systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to provide sales and category information that supports business objectives.
