London Approach seeks a Sales Support Specialist to enhance sales operations, pricing analytics, reporting, and system optimization. You will work with Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service to understand needs and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while documenting processes and supporting ongoing improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, charts, graphs, and VBA scripting.
• Experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, and data extraction or manipulation.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial and non-financial data.
• Ability to translate data into clear, meaningful reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to understand business needs and workflows.
• Assist with management and optimization of ERP, CRM, reporting, and collaboration platforms.
