Jobless is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Associate to develop and support our Sales processes, tools, and analytics. You will report to the Senior Director, Sales Operations and help manage day-to-day needs of the Sales team.

The role requires 3+ years in Sales Ops, Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools; hybrid work in Center City Philadelphia; base salary for the role is $80,000–$100,000 with an annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations or related field.
• Salesforce proficiency; admin experience a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with Pivot tables.
• SQL experience for data manipulation.
• BI tools experience (Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight).

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of Sales processes and CRM.
• Provide analytics and reporting on team performance using SQL and BI tools.
• Administer Sales team incentive programs.
• Design and build dashboards in CRM and BI tools.
• Support CRM development to measure and report KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support cross-functional projects.
