Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Head of Grower Sales (Billing) to lead a high-performance sales team across the AMER region. You’ll drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth by partnering with Product, Marketing, and Finance to shape go-to-market plans and win strategic deals.

You’ll coach and develop a senior team, own forecasting, and manage key customer relationships, ensuring scalable growth in a rapidly evolving AI-driven billing landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
• 12+ years of experience in hyper-growth SaaS environments.
• Industry experience in finance, revenue management, or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead strategic negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of account executives focused on expansion and retention of Billing users.
• Create go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing.
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance against sales metrics.
• Drive revenue growth, attach rates, and new client acquisition in high-growth contexts.
• Coach team on consultative and solution-based sales throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead engagement on large strategic opportunities and executive relationships.
