Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a technically sophisticated Sales Strategy and Operations Data Analyst for the AMER Velocity business. This role focuses on improving sales analytics, standardizing reporting, and building scalable dashboards to empower sales leadership with data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to drive planning, forecasting, and the design of sales territory and quotas while enabling automated insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in B2B sales strategy and operations and/or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, business intuition and a structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Proactive, user-first mindset with clear communication of data insights.
• Pragmatic problem solver with bias to action and delivering outcomes.
• Ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences and present to leadership.
• Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with a structured approach.
• Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM). Intermediate to advanced SQL and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience handling large data sets and creating scalable reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Operate weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence of sales operations and forecasting.
• Develop insights from Velocity data and communicate recommendations to inform decisions.
• Analyze data to support annual planning: territory design, quotas and resource planning.
• Lead program management for sales planning processes and territory development.
• Build centralized tools and dashboards to automate data extraction and insights for daily management.
