Qualifications

• BS in Data Science or related field (required).
• 5+ years delivering complex analytics in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience mining patient claims/EMR data and producing insights.
• Storytelling and executive presence; stakeholder management in matrix orgs.
• Translate pharma business processes into analytics requirements.
• Lead teams of analysts and data scientists; project management.
• Curiosity about agentic AI/automation; responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Hands-on healthcare data experience (EMR/EHR, claims).
• Programming in Python, R, SAS, SQL; ML/AI/NLP model evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into analytical plans and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (market research, forecasting, analytics, data science, marketing operations).
• Analyze data across disparate sources (claims/EMR, DDD, etc.) for commercial strategy.
• Stay current with analytical advancements (GenAI) and apply them to analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to innovative experiments with measurable improvement criteria.
• Derive actionable insights and craft clear data narratives for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor data scientists and business analysts (on-shore/off-shore).
• Travel may be required.
