Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Analyst to partner with multiple departments, maintain accurate financial documentation, and manage project caseloads. You will support data entry, build financial models and multi-year revenue projections, and help optimize processes across teams.

Ideal candidates have PM experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted documentation and rebates in the EV charging sector. Join a growing startup advancing electric transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• PMP Certification from PMI or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience supporting a sales team.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros.
• CRM experience (Zoho, Slack, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, listening, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Start-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (50%), Data Entry (50%), and Continuous Process Improvement.
• Use AI to improve documentation, data management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models and multi-year revenue projections.
• Analyze cost, pricing, and cashflow forecasting.
• Develop and optimize operational procedures and technical solutions.
• Serve as the go-to resource for sales reps and future deals.
• Meet with teams to review milestones and status updates.
• Support business functions daily and rebates documentation.
