DB Financial is seeking a Client Conversion Specialist to convert leads into funded trading accounts and drive sales growth. You will engage with new and existing leads across multiple channels, presenting our trading platform and guiding clients through registration and funding.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Forex/CFD or related sales, with a proven sales record, strong communication, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Forex/CFD trading or similar sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with onboarding and KYC procedures.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities
