AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals in California to join as Sales Agent Trainees. You will source leads, prospect, network, and provide excellent customer service to retain members and grow the business.

We start trainees at $28.85 per hour; after training, top performers earn $99,600–$121,700 annually with uncapped commissions. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, pension, and tuition assistance.

Qualificações

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify leads and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agent Trainees start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
