AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking skilled Sales Professionals in California to source and develop leads, prospect new customers, and network continually. The role demands a strong sales drive to consistently meet monthly goals and exceptional communication skills for written and verbal interactions.

Candidates should provide excellent customer service and retain clients while staying self-motivated to build a profitable business.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses for Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goal
