Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Escondido, CA is seeking talented sales professionals with ambition, initiative, self‑determination, and a winning attitude to join our team. Starting pay is $28.85 per hour; after training, average earnings range from $99,600 to $121,700 annually with uncapped commissions and a wide benefits package including health coverage,

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty, Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Strong computer skills and good organizational abilities.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.

• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
