AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals for our Santa Monica, CA team. Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85, with a pathway to substantial annual earnings through commissions.

After completing training, successful agents typically earn between $99,600 and $121,700 per year. We offer comprehensive benefits, a pension plan, tuition assistance, and generous time-off programs to support long-term careers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, drug and credit checks may be required.

Requirements

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Have computer experience and good organization skills
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance license

• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and credit check

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
