Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking motivated Sales Agents in San Diego, CA to source and develop leads, prospect networks, and drive month-by-month sales growth. You will communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service to retain clients and build a profitable book of business.

Starting hourly at $28.85 with a training program; after completion, most full-time agents earn an annual salary in the range of $99,600–$121,700, with uncapped commissions for exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty, Personal Lines and Life Insurance preferred.
• Strong computer skills and organization.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
