AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals in California to join our growing team as Sales Agent Trainees. You will start with an hourly base and training, then transition to full-time agents who earn substantial commissions as you meet and exceed targets.

Our Sales Agent Trainees start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
