AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals in California to source and develop leads, network, and exceed monthly goals. The role rewards a strong sales drive with uncapped commission opportunities and demanding customer service standards.

Initial training is provided. A high school diploma is required; college degree is preferred, and licenses in property & casualty/personal lines and life insurance may be necessary.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
