Job summary

Korum Automotive Group in Washington is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate to join our Pre-owned sales team. The right candidate will have experience in sales and must enjoy working with people.

Pay is comprised of Base Pay + Variable based on sales up to $12,750 per month. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, vehicle purchase discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales background preferred.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions, and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
• Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
• Explaining product performance, application, and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to utilize time better and plan more effectively.
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedure to obtain proper identification before the test drive.
