Caskinette Ford in New York, NY is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our new car sales team. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication and presentation skills.

You will help customers select vehicles, offer test drives, and stay informed on inventory. The position offers an aggressive pay plan with additional pay for finance products and bonuses for top performers.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers, answering questions and helping them select a vehicle.
• Offer test drives to prospects and verify identification prior to test drive.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and vehicle features.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly performance to optimize time and planning.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new car sales team! Candidates must have the following:

• Automotive sales background preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Steady work history and the commitment
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license.
• Background Check.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
