Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; not required — we will train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to ask for the sale and follow through with confidence.
• Commission-based environment requires self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection and purchasing process from start to finish.
• Conduct informative and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle inventory.
• Prepare and present accurate pricing quotes and financing options.
• Collaborate with finance, management, and service departments for a seamless buying experience.
• Follow up with prospective and past customers to generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads through our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Compensation:

This is a 3-month base training salary + commission position with more than average compensation

Supplemental pay types:
