Job summary

Massage Envy Wake Forest is hiring and invites individuals who are energized by wellness and customer service. The role emphasizes helping guests understand Total Body Care, booking services, and promoting the Wellness Program through informed recommendations and homecare retail.

Strong math and computer skills support daily tasks and sales goals. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with day and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, upsell retail.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and respond to emails.
• Help grow and retain a client base through outreach and follow-up.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
