Sandbox is hiring a Sales Advisor for their Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio in the United States. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, possess strong communication skills, and be health and fitness-minded. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the studio. Responsibilities

• Exceed key performance sales indicators for membership and retail.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Respond to member requests and concerns.
• Create a positive experience for members and guests.
• Follow daily studio checklist activities.
• Guide potential members through workouts.
• Handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintain lobby and front desk organization.
• Keep up with studio cleaning checklists.
• Attend all relevant training programs.

Job Duties

• Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.
• Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Makes the lobby & front desk organized and clean at all times.
• Keep up with studio cleaning checklists.
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs.
