TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a Sales Associate for front desk duties and membership sales. You’ll greet members, process check-ins, and drive revenue through memberships and retail, while delivering an energetic, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and a passion for fitness. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for career growth and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front‑desk experience by checking in every member and first‑time guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine connection.
• Sell memberships, class packages, private training, and retail with a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Complete daily phone and SMS outreach tasks.
• Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to bring new people into the club.
• Create excitement in the room by hyping the class and building a fun, motivating environment.
• Give tours to prospective members, highlighting the TITLE experience and tailoring the conversation to their goals.
• Complete membership agreements and manage leads with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club, including lobby, studio, and equipment resets.
• Support coaches and team members to ensure smooth class flow and an elevated member experience.

They are the first smile members see, the energy that sets the tone in the club, and the personality that makes the TITLE community feel like home. You’ll work the front desk, check in boxers, create an unforgettable member experience, and drive the growth of the club through membership sales and community engagement.
