About Us

Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a dynamic instructor-led boxing and fitness experience. Our group fitness workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather’s training and techniques using a variety of boxing combinations, cardio, endurance, and strength training. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to find their inner champ. Reports to: Head Instructor

Job Overview

You’ll lead group fitness-style workout classes helping our members find their inner champ! As an instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart‑rate‑focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing.
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration
• Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by partnering with the studio team to participate in campaigns
• Being a team player

• 1 Year of Coaching Experience Minimum
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness.
