You will follow up with leads, keep the front desk organized, assist with daily studio operations and cleaning, and ensure a welcoming experience that helps members feel valued.

• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
