Leavitt Machinery in Surrey, BC is seeking an organized Sales Administrator to support the Aftermarket Sales team through the full order lifecycle, from entry to delivery.

You will manage orders in our ERP and SoftBase systems, maintain CRM data, coordinate with vendors, and assist with AR/AP tasks, ensuring accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Aftermarket Sales team and manage orders.
• Process orders in ERP and SoftBase; review, receive and follow up.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and backorder issues.
• Maintain customer records and CRM data; assist AR/AP tasks as needed.
• Coordinate shipping, pricing and inventory with warehouse and vendors.
