Industrial Finishes in Kent, WA is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to support the sales team and coordinate light warehouse tasks. You will create customer reports, prepare quotes, and assist with order entry, invoicing, and documentation while moving between administrative duties and hands-on duties in the warehouse.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a service mentality, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to fluctuating workloads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Support role.
• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create customer sales reports and deal options; manage automotive consignments; handle customer billing for painter technical support.
• Complete deal sheets for new customers; collect and verify required documentation (W-9s, credit applications, resale certificates).
• Prepare price quotes; ensure competitive pricing; collaborate with pricing team to establish customer pricing.
• Arrange travel for meetings; create promotional fliers; process credit requests for West Coast locations; order and bill equipment; coordinate vendor billing.
• Perform occasional product deliveries; assist warehouse with pulling orders; help receiving and stocking inventory.
