The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing essential support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities within the organization. This role streamlines the sales process, supports sales efforts, and enhances customer satisfaction. The Sales Administrator also assists with branch operations as needed, including occasional product deliveries to customers, pulling customer orders alongside the warehouse team, and receiving and stocking incoming inventory. The position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual comfortable moving between administrative and hands‑on warehouse work.

The Sales Administrator requires a minimum of five years' experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role, along with successful completion of high school or a GED; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate brings excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and a customer-focused, problem‑solving attitude grounded in kindness, humility, and a servant heart. This role calls for proficient knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Teams, Tasks, Planner, and SharePoint, as well as effective interpersonal skills and the tact to work well with both internal and external customers. The Sales Administrator must exercise sound judgment and initiative, establish and maintain effective relationships consistent with the Company's mission and philosophy, and present in a business‑like manner appropriate to business needs.
