Kohler | Renuity in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The role supports the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and in-home Sales Consultants, handling onboarding, reporting, and file maintenance.

You will audit sales paperwork, perform welcome calls, enter data into CRM, and help build a before/after portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, strong communication, and excellent organization.

• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Intake all new sales and audit sales paperwork and pricing according to SOP.
• Complete welcome calls to customers after auditing, ensuring CRM entry and signatures.
• Collect and compile a weekly list of completed jobs and photos for a before/after portfolio.
