Job description

Job Summary:

The MVT Sales Administrative Assistant will support MVT, MVT Logistics, and MVT Warehousing commercial Sales team, ensuring organized and efficient workflows throughout the Sales cycle. The role involves coordinating Sales activities, handling various administrative tasks, and assisting in the preparation of Sales reports and presentations.

Position can be REMOTE, but needs to be in either Central or Eastern Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Network Needs campaigns, ensuring all requests and activities are executed effectively and timely.
  • Organize and maintain Sales team travel calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Input and manage RFP and other Opportunity workflows in the CRM.
  • Prepare and distribute general Sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Sales events (trade shows, customer meetings, conferences) as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or Sales support role.
  • Experience managing workflow, CRM, or similar software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English (need high level of English proficiency).
