Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking an Administrator Sales to support Sales Account Managers with large volume beef and pork retail accounts. This on-site role at our Corporate World Headquarters requires accurate order entry, price list maintenance, and reliable communication with customers.

You will manage inbound calls, coordinate with logistics and other departments, and help prepare management reports. A high attention to detail and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a business environment; preferably Customer Service.
• Basic Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience is a must.
• Knowledge of the Tyson Business Computer System is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Enter and process all types of customer orders accurately; enter and maintain price lists.
• Check and confirm order fill and changes with customer; accurately maintain customized customer process lists.
• Track deliveries by working with our customer service department and relay pertinent information.
• Aid in completing various management performance reports.
• Handle field calls from customers and obtain necessary information for the manager to address.
• Cross train with other Sales Administrators and fill in for others when absent.
• Manage all incoming calls.
• Interact with other departments and support claims, pricing, transportation, etc.
