Tyson Foods is seeking a Sales Administrator for on-site work at the Corporate World Headquarters in Springdale, AR. You will support Sales Account Managers with large-volume retail accounts of beef and pork, handling orders, price lists, and customer communications.

Responsibilities include order entry, tracking deliveries, reporting, and inter-department collaboration. Must have a High School diploma, 2+ years in business, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a business environment; preferably Customer Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the Tyson Business Computer System preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, professional demeanor, and phone etiquette.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process all types of customer orders accurately; maintain price lists.
• Check and confirm order fill and changes with customers; maintain customized lists.
• Track deliveries with the customer service department and relay information.
• Assist in completing management performance reports.
• Handle field calls from customers and gather information for management.
• Cross-train with other Sales Administrators and cover for absences.
• Manage all incoming calls.
• Interact with other departments (claims, scheduling, pricing, production, QA, credit).
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
