Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior supply chain professional to manage PSI, SCP and financial estimates for TV, MEM, and AV lines. You will drive mid- and long-term resource plans, run weekly PSI cycles, and coordinate with GOC and factories to align SOPs and mitigate shortages.

Role requires 8–12 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong systems knowledge (NSCM/NERP). You’ll influence leadership decisions and help reduce costs while ensuring EOHS targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in supply chain or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of PSI process, inventory management, and internal systems.
  • Automation skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Managing PSI, SCP and Financial Estimates for HE categories: TV, MEM, and AV.
  • Maximizes SCM operation efficiency with mid- and long-term resource strategy.
  • Run weekly PSI process and coordinate with GOC and factories for SOP/RTF.
  • Address shortages with factories and GOC in Suwon.
  • Provide ATS availability and aging model to close sales gaps.
  • Advise on AP2 buffer management to meet EOH targets and manage risks.
  • Provide weekly financial estimates to Leadership and LOB.
  • Liaise with Suwon HQ to improve processes and reduce costs.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Managing PSI, SCP and Financial Estimates for the HE categories: TV, MEM, and AV.
  • Maximizes SCM operation efficiency by building mid- and long-term resource management strategy through in-advance-discussions regarding mid- and long-term demands.
  • Run weekly PSI process, work with GOC and factories to receive SOP and RTF to our demand.
  • Discuss and address shortages with Factories and GOC in Suwon.
  • Provide ATS availability and aging model list to PM and Sales to close any sales gap and monitor aging reduction progress.
  • Provide input to BM for AP2 buffer management to meet EOH targets and manage inventory risks.
  • Provide financial estimates for the category on a weekly basis that provide guidance to Leadership and the rest of the LOB to manage the business.
  • Liaison with Suwon HQ (GOC), improve processes and reduce costs.
