Job summary

Russel Metals USA is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to support sales and order processing processes. The role involves data entry for shipping logs, pricing, and purchase orders, along with helping resolve customer issues and preparing sales confirmations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s degree preferred. A collaborative, reliable work style and proficiency in basic business math and Excel are valued.

• Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to drive Russel Metals' vision and mission.
• Process data entry for shipping logs, POs, pricing, and related information.
• Complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries from customer POs.
• Identify and resolve customer problems by gathering and analyzing information.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
