Responsibilities

• Respond to price quotations, order entry, and order status inquiries in real time for customers and sales teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to provide excellent service and confidence in transactions.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, resolve queries, and manage production on orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain complete call records and customer/account information in the CRM system to support sales goals.
• Coordinate delivery times with production to meet customer satisfaction when lead times require adjustments.
• Collaborate with production and logistics for accurate order fulfillment and smooth customer experience.
