Are you creative, curious, and great with people?
If you're someone who likes figuring out how things work, enjoys working directly with customers, and wants a career that combines creativity, technical problem-solving, and relationship building, this could be a great fit.
We're partnering with a long-established Pittsburgh glass manufacturer that creates highly customized glass products for customers in aerospace & defense, lighting, energy, and other specialized industries.
This isn't a traditional sales job. There are no cold-call quotas, and you won't be expected to walk in knowing everything about glass. You'll be trained from the ground up and become a go-to resource for a group of established customers.
This could be a great fit if you:
You’ll work for a small, established manufacturer where you can actually see what you’re selling being made.
The sales team works closely with Operations and Engineering, and you can literally walk from the office to the manufacturing floor and watch the glass production process.
You’ll have direct access to experienced team members who have been with the company for years, including a Sales Manager with decades of experience who will personally help you learn the business.
There is also no one-size-fits-all sales scorecard. Your goals are developed around your individual strengths, development areas, and growth.
If you're looking for a career where you're not sitting behind a desk doing the same thing every day, this is worth a look.
You’ll work with customers, learn a highly specialized product, solve problems, collaborate with Engineering, and see your work move from customer concept → custom design → manufactured glass product.
