Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a JR Account Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on building relationships with a small group of established customer accounts and serving as the main liaison from order entry through production and shipment.

You will review drawings and specifications to understand customer needs, guide them on the best approach for custom glass applications, and collaborate with Engineering and Sales to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in learning about glass manufacturing.
• Experience in sales, account management, or related environment.
• Comfort with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a small group of established customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from order entry through production and shipment.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and requirements to understand their needs.
• Help customers determine the best approach for their custom glass applications.
• Coordinate custom orders and keep customers updated throughout the process.
• Answer technical questions and provide solutions when challenges arise.
