Job Details
Responsibilities
  • Develop new business across various states and territories.
  • Foster and maintain existing relationships and accounts.
  • Work directly with the leadership team to attain market share.
  • Determine areas and strategies for profitable business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to deliver the best service to customers.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand the needs of consumers and deliver value based on company services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure the process is documented from A-Z.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales/account management experience.
  • 3+ years of plastics/film extrusion experience.
  • Must reside in OR or WA.
  • Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships.
