Job summary

Nexstar Media Group Inc. in Johnson City, TN, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive local direct sales and agency relationships.

You will generate advertising revenue by contacting established clients and cold prospects, and you will present compelling campaigns across TV, digital, OTT/CTV, and social platforms. Ideal candidates have a marketing or media background, at least one year of sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum one year’s experience in sales, preferably in the media field.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience achieving long-range objectives and implementing strategies to achieve them.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
