Successful graduates can advance to an account executive role, supported by mentors and exposure to AI tools for drafting, organizing, and analyzing client information.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to obtain Life, Accident and Health, and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Willingness to relocate prior to and upon completion of the program.
• 0-5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings with internal and/or external partners.

Aufgaben

• Participate in and complete the Sales Academy Program.
• Meet with brokers or customers; make cold calls; conduct enrollment meetings.
• Provide post-sale service and interaction with clients; assist account executives.
• Build sales competencies: communication, presentation, negotiation, relationships.
• Develop understanding of Group Benefits products including Disability, Dental, Life, Auto & Home, MetLife Legal, and Critical Illness.
• Work with a mentor to learn the product and services offered by MetLife.
• Use approved AI tools for drafting, summarizing, organizing information, and improving day-to-day efficiency.
