MetLife is hiring for a Sales Trainee who will complete a 9‑month Sales Academy and prepare to move into an Account Executive role within Group Benefits Sales. The program combines classroom and on‑the‑job learning, aimed at building expertise in employee benefits and professional selling skills.

The role requires licenses in Life, Accident & Health, and Property & Casualty, plus 0–5 years of related experience and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of MetLife organization and industry, including brokers and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain Life, Accident and Health, and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Willingness to relocate before and after the program.
• 0–5 years of related work experience.

Aufgaben

• Participate in and complete the Sales Academy Program.
• Support the sales office by meeting with brokers or customers, making cold calls, and assisting account executives.
• Build sales competencies in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Develop understanding of Group Benefits products and services (Disability, Dental, Life, etc.).
• Use approved AI tools to support routine tasks with guidance.
