• Participate in and complete the Sales Academy Program.
• Support the sales office by meeting with brokers or customers and assisting account executives.

• Develop understanding of Group Benefits products and services.
• Work with a mentor to learn product and service offerings.
• Use approved AI tools to support routine tasks and improve efficiency.
