Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Sales Academy Program and complete trainings.
• Support the sales office by meeting with brokers/customers and assisting account executives.
• Develop sales competencies in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Understand Group Benefits products and services including Disability, Life, Dental and Vision.
• Collaborate with mentors and use approved AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency.
