You’ll complete training, work on a Capstone project, and participate in customer meetings while gaining exposure to life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits within Group Benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly curriculum training.
• Collaborate on an intern-led Capstone Project.
• Participate in customer meetings.
• Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business.
• Present Capstone project to peers, managers and senior leadership.
• Perform duties supporting the sales organization as assigned or required.
