Job summary

EAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Palestine is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. In this role, you’ll engage customers through the car-buying journey, present vehicle options, coordinate test drives and financing, and work toward turning first-time buyers into lifelong customers.

You will stay current on product features, warranties, and promotions, while using CRM tools to manage customer relationships and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience, education, and prior sales training are a PLUS.

• Guide clients through vehicle options, test drives, and financing
• Showcase vehicles and explain features, warranties, and benefits to customers
• Follow up with customers and build long-term trust for repeat business
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values,without compromising customer satisfaction, to support sales and positive financial business outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
• Must be (or become) familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
