Communications Install Solutions Inc in Burlingame, CA is seeking a driven Sales professional to join our growing team. You will prospect, present, and close on communications and installation products and services, building lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to work independently toward ambitious targets.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Present and sell communications and installation products and services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
• Create reports monthly and quarterly to stakeholders in the organization

• JIRA, Gsuite, and xcel experience
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience in communications, technology, or installation services is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
